Other cities in the top 10 include Taipei (4th), The Hague (8th), Munich (9th), and Trondheim (10th).

In addition to safety, GCC cities also excel in quality of life. As Abu Dhabi has been named the world safest city, Abu Dhabi tops the region with a Quality of Life index score of 192.4, ranking 17th globally. Dubai (49th) and Doha (48th) follow closely. Muscat is 30th, while Riyadh and Jeddah rank 63rd and 64th respectively. Leading the Quality of Life Index is The Hague, followed by Luxembourg, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, and Zurich.

This combination of safety and high quality of life underscores the continued development and attractiveness of GCC cities on the global stage.
